Editing Translations:Global locks/7/en

* Accounts that have been used for vandalism or abuse on multiple wikis or obviously are otherwise being disruptive on multiple wikis.
* Abusive sockpuppet accounts used or expected to be used on multiple wikis.
* Accounts whose only intent is to spam on WickedGov wikis.
* Accounts whose names are manifestly offensive or abusive (these accounts may be hidden from logs as well).
* Accounts that have seriously violated basic principles, such as 
**Publishing child sexual abuse material.
**Engaging in hateful or otherwise obviously severe and bad-faith vandalism. Note that test edits and childish vandalism are not necessarily grounds for a global lock.
** Making threats of harm against others or encouraging violence.
** Persistently/severely harassing others, including off-wiki harassment.
**Posting private personal information about others which may endanger them.
* Accounts that are suspected to have been compromised.
* Accounts belonging to users that have been globally banned.
* Accounts that have been created to evade a global block, global lock, or global ban.
* Accounts that impersonate others.
* Accounts whose owners are known to be deceased.
* Accounts belonging to former staff members or contractors.
* Accounts that have been vanished.
