Global blocks are technical actions performed by Stewards to prevent an account, IP address, or range of IP addresses from contributing to all WickedGov wikis for a fixed period of time or indefinitely. Global blocks on IP addresses or a range of IP addresses disable account creation from the blocked IP by default and can also prevent editing while logged in to an account.
