Global abuse filter helpers

Global abuse filter helpers are users with the ability to view all abuse filters and log entries, including those related to private filters, on all wikis. Global abuse filter helpers do not have permission to modify abuse filters.
Appointment
Global abuse filter helper access may be granted upon request at Stewards/Requests/Global permissions. In order to be successful, candidates should:
- Specify a valid use case.
- Demonstrate experience on a WickedGov wiki (although cross-wiki editing experience is not required).
Removal
Global abuse filter helper access will be removed by a Steward if a helper has seriously misused the right, such as by making inappropriate disclosures of abuse filter information. Any abuse filter helper who has made no edits to any WickedGov wiki in the past 1 year will have access procedurally removed for inactivity. Global abuse filter helpers are also permitted to resign their access at any time.
