Stewards
  • Can change all user rights on all wikis.
  • For information on changing user rights on other wikis, see the steward handbook.
Meta bureaucrats
  • Can add new administrators and bureaucrats.
  • Can add and remove translation administrators, bots, account creators, and transwiki importers.
Meta administrators
  • Can add and remove autopatrolled, confirmed, and IP block exempt (all users).
  • Can add and remove translation administrator on their own account only.
