Editing Global sysops (section)

== Scope ==
Global sysops have administrator access on all publicly editable WickedGov wikis. They can use basic tools such as deletion and blocking as well as more complex tools such as editing system messages and abuse filters.

Global sysops may only use their access in the following cases:

# Prevention or mitigation of spam or vandalism.
# Prevention or mitigation of disruption caused by [[compromised accounts]].
# Emergencies and urgent situations.
# Uncontroversial technical maintenance.
# Enforcement of global policies or actions, including [[global bans]].
# Other actions supported by local policy/consensus when there are no local administrators or all local administrators are inactive.
