Message definition (Global locks)
'''Global locks''' are a way by which [[$stewards|Stewards]] can technically prevent WickedGov accounts logging in on all projects. Global locks are generally applied to cross-wiki vandalism-only accounts, spam-only accounts, long-term abuser sockpuppet accounts, and [[$compromised|compromised accounts]]. The locking interface also offers the option of [[$ospol|suppressing]] the account name in all logs, for usernames that are harassing or offensive or that reveal inappropriate personal information.
